Terence J. Ullram comes to educational consulting with 20 years of experience in independent school administration and teaching. He served as Director of Admission at two boarding schools, but his familiarity with independent school culture goes well beyond the admission office. He has taught in the classroom and served as Dean of Students, the central position in student life in most boarding schools. He was awarded one of Suffield Academy's most prestigious faculty honors, and was lauded as "a man of passion, with a deep commitment to student growth and health. He goes the extra mile to treat students and parents with respect and concern."

It is Terry's mission to carry out his work with clients of Ullram and Associates with the same degree of respect and concern that he has given to the hundreds of students who have thrived under his guidance and care within school communities.
